Hi, I’m Jennifer- founder of Vows & Visions, wedding planner, detail enthusiast, and your calm in the chaos. My love for weddings began with a passion for planning and hosting events, sharing meaningful moments and a deep appreciation for how a well-planned day can bring people together in the most unforgettable way. With a heart for hospitality and an eye for design, I pour everything into helping you celebrate your love in a way that feels true to you. I’m here to guide, support, and cheer you on from the first big decisions to the tiniest finishing touches. When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll likely find me catching up with my girlfriends at a local coffee shop- because let’s face it- nothing beats good conversation over a great latte. I’m also a travel enthusiast with a heart for adventure, and I love exploring the world alongside my boyfriend who is my biggest supporter and best friend!

  • Start by filling out our contact form. We’ll set up a call to learn more about your vision and walk you through our process.

  • Most of our couples spend between $30,000 and $70,000 on their weddings, though we’ve planned beautiful celebrations both above and below that range. We work with all budgets and are skilled at helping you prioritize where to spend and where to save.

  • Our most popular package is Full Planning & Design, especially for couples who want hands-on guidance from start to finish. It includes everything from vendor selection to timeline creation and design execution. It’s perfect for busy professionals or those planning from a distance.

  • Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is typically split into scheduled payments.

  • Yes! We love destination weddings and are happy to travel. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location.

  • Absolutely. Budget planning is a key part of our full planning services. We’ll help you create a detailed budget that reflects your priorities and ensures you stay on track throughout the process.
